Terms & Conditions — bd80 Platform Rules

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "bd80", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the bd80 platform accessible at https://bd80.io and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the bd80 website, mobile-optimised browser interface, all games, betting markets, account management tools, payment processing features, and any other service made available by bd80.
• "Player", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the bd80 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the unique registered account created by a Player on the bd80 Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback credits, or other non-cash incentives granted to a Player's Account subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, casino product, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, symbolised as ৳. All monetary transactions on bd80 are denominated in BDT.
• "Payment Method" refers to the approved deposit and withdrawal channels available on the Platform, currently including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bd80 Platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire and binding legal agreement between you and bd80 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior understandings, representations, warranties, and agreements — whether oral or written — relating to the same subject matter.

bd80 reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered Players via on-platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the bd80 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. bd80 takes underage gambling seriously and maintains zero tolerance for any breach of this requirement.

3.2 Verification

bd80 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any point during the Account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change to Account details. Accepted documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in Account suspension until compliance is achieved.

3.3 Geographic Eligibility

The bd80 Platform is designed and operated for adult players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. bd80 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3.4 Single Account Rule

Each eligible individual may register and maintain only one Account on the bd80 Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, payment method identifiers, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. bd80 will not be held liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. bd80 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been authorised by you unless you notify us promptly that your Account security has been compromised.

4.3 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact bd80 support immediately at [email protected]. bd80 reserves the right to temporarily suspend any Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During such suspension, all deposits, withdrawals, and wagers will be frozen.

4.4 Account Transfers

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account, Account Balance, Bonus Funds, or any Account benefits to any other person. Any such transfer — or any attempt thereof — will result in the immediate closure of the relevant Account(s) and forfeiture of any funds therein.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bd80 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following Bangladeshi mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in BDT. bd80 does not accept cash deposits, international wire transfers, or cryptocurrency payments.

5.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may be imposed on a per-account or per-transaction basis and will be communicated within the Account dashboard or payment processing screens.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits are credited to the Account Balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours of submission during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless prior written approval is obtained from bd80 support. Withdrawals will not be processed where the Account is subject to an active verification hold, pending bonus wagering requirements have not been met, or where bd80 has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity on the Account.

5.5 No Fees

bd80 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals in BDT. However, individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may apply their own service charges, which are outside of bd80's control. Players are advised to check the applicable rates with their chosen payment provider.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

bd80 offers a variety of promotional bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers aligned with events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Independence Day (March 26). Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms governing the wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry date. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion at the time of offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per promotion) before any portion of the associated funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to Bonus Funds only; real-money Balance is not restricted by wagering conditions unless it has been mixed with a bonus through a qualifying deposit.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bd80 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus award and to close any Account where we have reasonable evidence that a Player is abusing the bonus system. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing offsetting or low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, and coordinating with other Players to collectively exploit a promotion.

6.4 Right to Withdraw Promotions

bd80 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, subject to honouring obligations already accrued by Players who have commenced meeting the relevant promotion's wagering requirements in good faith prior to the modification date.

7. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the bd80 Platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any specific game rules published for the relevant product. bd80 reserves the right to decline, cancel, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases of system errors, incorrect odds publication, or where bd80 has reasonable grounds to suspect bet manipulation.

7.2 Sports Betting

For cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports betting markets, bd80's sports betting rules govern bet settlement, void conditions, and dead heat scenarios. These rules are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and the Sports Betting Rules, the Sports Betting Rules shall prevail for sports-specific matters.

7.3 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and all slot titles from providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — is governed by the specific game rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding game rules before placing any wager. bd80 will not refund wagers placed due to a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

7.4 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, system outage, or disconnection during an active game session, bd80 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the outcome of the affected round using server-side logs. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the relevant bet will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Account Balance. bd80 will not be liable for losses incurred due to technical failures outside of our reasonable control.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bd80 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the Account of another person or allowing any third party to use your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Colluding with other Players in any card game, table game, or sports bet to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on bd80.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime using the Platform's deposit and withdrawal facilities.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bd80 staff, agents, or other users in any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any portion of the bd80 Platform or its underlying software.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your true geographic location or circumvent Platform restrictions.
• Abusing the bonus system as described in Section 6.3 of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bd80 Platform — including but not limited to the bd80 brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, icons, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd80 or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the bd80 Platform or its content without our express prior written consent.

Game content, including slot titles, live casino streams, and crash game graphics, is licensed to bd80 by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Any use of game content outside of normal gameplay is subject to the intellectual property rights of those respective providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

bd80 endeavours to maintain the Platform in continuous operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure outages, payment provider downtime, and other events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect Platform accessibility. bd80 will not be liable for any losses — including lost winnings or missed betting opportunities — arising from such interruptions.

10.2 Accuracy of Information

While bd80 takes reasonable care to ensure that odds, game rules, promotional terms, and balance information displayed on the Platform are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. bd80 reserves the right to correct errors and, where a bet was placed at a manifestly incorrect price or under manifestly incorrect terms, to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account Balance.

10.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd80's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

In no event shall bd80 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm — arising from a Player's use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if bd80 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

bd80 collects and processes personal data from registered Players as described in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this agreement by reference.

Personal data collected during registration and account verification — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, and payment method identifiers — is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming compliance. bd80 does not sell or rent personal data to third-party marketers.

bd80 retains transaction records, bet history, and account activity logs for a minimum period required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations and internal compliance obligations. Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to legal retention obligations that may prevent immediate deletion.

12. Responsible Gaming

bd80 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and enjoyable gambling for all eligible Players. Gambling is a form of entertainment and must never be used as a means to generate income or to recover previous losses. bd80 provides a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from within the Account dashboard, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when your active gaming session reaches a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion window.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by Player

You may close your bd80 Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money Balance at the time of closure (net of any pending Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window.

13.2 Termination by bd80

bd80 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, provided false verification information, or where Account closure is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an Account for cause (i.e., following a breach of these Terms), bd80 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including any Bonus Funds and pending winnings, where such forfeiture is proportionate to the nature and severity of the breach. Termination for cause by bd80 does not entitle the Player to any compensation.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players and bd80 agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute in the first instance through the bd80 customer support process.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal support process within 30 days of the Player's initial written complaint, either party may escalate the matter to formal dispute resolution proceedings. bd80 commits to providing a written final position statement to the Player within 45 days of any formal escalation notice.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of this document, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.
